    8 Possiblel background:
    9 IIRC MS will add some info to the file (on the filesystem) if the exe-file was downloaded from anywherer else than from intranet- or trusted-zone. Then preventing run under some sercurity considerations which may differ in a Workgroup/Domain and/or your personal setup.

    1111Copying the file to a FAT32 partition will remove/detach this information from the file, as FAT32 is not able to store/associate this information with this file.
