Component: | GUI/seamless | Version: | VirtualBox 3.2.8 |
Keywords: | seamless | Cc: | |
Guest type: | Windows | Host type: | Windows |
Description (last modified by )
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a VM in seamless mode
- Start an app on the host os and move it down so it is partially below the host taskbar. You should be able to see only the top 1/2 of the host os app.
- Bring an app running in seamless mode to the foreground.
You will see the app in the host os overlay the host taskbar.

Yes, this problem still exists. You can easily recreate two ways: 1) it by doing a restore while your workstation is locked in seamless mode. More easily, 2) set your host taskbar to autohide, go into seamless mode, set your host taskbar to not autohide. You will notice that the host and guest taskbars occupy the same space.
