Ticket #5571 (closed defect: fixed)
Host OS I/O crash
|Reported by:||Nephom||Owned by:|
I installed FreeNAS 0.7 on VirtualBox 3.0.10.
And I setup iSCSI Target to let Host OS to use.
But I found a Bug that it will let Host OS I/O crash when I disabled attribute of "compress directories and files" to iSCSI disk,the transfer speed will up to 120MB/sec and wait a moment all GuestOS will show I/O error and Host OS will be waited for I/O then crash.
Then when I enabled attribute of "compress directories and files" to let transfer speed slowly about 1MB/sec, and system can be worked stable.
So I guess VirtualBox 3.0.10 cannot handle about 1Gbps transfer speed and let Host OS I/O carsh.
Please solve this BUG ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
