Continuing keypress freezes WindowsXp Guest — at Initial Version

Description
If I press a key for a longer time (a few seconds) the guest freezes until I release that key. This happens not only in games but also in normal applications.
Take a notepad, press a key and move the mouse, after a few seconds the mouse pointer won't move anymore and the character isn't added to the notepad anymore. As soon as I release the key, everything is normal again.
