Access violation - XP on MacBook when launching EBP Gescom — at Initial Version

Description
I installed EBP Gestion Commerciale (http://www.ebp.com/fr/logiciels/gestion-commerciale-pro.aspx) on VirtualBox with windows XP SP3.
Installation process was ok. When starting the program it crashes at the very beginning.
I attach Vbox.log, the report of the crash and the beginning of windows debugger. Apparently there is an access violation.
Can you provide any help to solve the problem ? Is it the good place for that ?
On Vbox 3.0.8 and latest 3.0.10 the problem occurs.
