12	12	* Try to eliminate programs on the host that may be interfering the the clipboard, in my case I found that RealVNC Server service was causing problems. Host-to-guest copy/paste now seems to work reliably.

14		Side note: I found I had to run "parcellite" in my Debian guest to make things work from the guest-to-host side.
