    1 I had the exactly the same problem running 4.3.28 (clean install). I tried to install a previous version (4.3.22) and it worked! After that, Just to try, I upgraded again to 4.3.28 and... it works!

    3 Maybe 4.3.22 installation make some actions that helps to 4.3.28?
