Virtualbox cannot start VM on Server 08 x64, cannot access VT-x (no option to disable)

Description

Upgraded from 3.0.6 to 3.0.8 and downgraded back down to 3.0.6. Cannot restart the VM because of a VT-x error.

With that much RAM assigned to the guest VT-x is required. Either turn it on in the BIOS or reduce the guest RAM.

What are you talking about? The log is from 3.0.6.

If you read my description, I upgraded to 3.0.8 and downgraded back to 3.0.6
