Solaris 10 / VirtualBox 3.0.4 - Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-bge0 - Broadcom BCM57xx Gigabit Ethernet' (VERR_PERMISSION_DENIED)

So far I have been unable to run two virtual machines simultaneously on the same server (Sun Fire V440, 2 X 2Core AMD 64bit and 8GB ram). Can start one, when attempting to start the second get an error:
