Host type: Windows Seven 64bit
Guest type: fresh installed Linux Ubuntu 9.04
installed guest additions, rebooted, when got to username prompt - I get a windows dialogbox the title 'VirtualBox GUI' crash

update: If to switch off 3D-acceleration, That crash will not be.

settings by default on Ubuntu. Ubuntu worked, Before installation guest additions.

my steps:

  1. first reboot after install Ubuntu
  2. Install guest additions & reboot
  3. Crash GUI after reboot
  4. To switch off 3d-accel in setting VirtualBox. Starting..
  5. wow, it`s working..
