4993	Cannot run KeePass 2	Piotr Pawlus		"I cannot run [KeePass[http://keepass.info/]] program. I tried also older versions - also doesn't work. But there are minor differences:

* In KeePass2 (version 2.09), I'm unable to run program[[BR]]
* In KeePass1 (version 1.16), I'm able to run program, but unable to load DB.

I got error:
