Host : windows 7 ultimate
Guest: windows 2003 R2 x64
cpu : Athlon 7450 dual core 2.4GHz
memory: 6GB(2GB assigned to the guest O/S)
VirtualBox version: 3.0.6

The guest virtual machine runs incredibly slow while a windows 2003 R2 x64 system is installed.The system almost stopped response.But the guest virtual machine runs smoothly when windows 2008 or window 7 guest O/S is installed.And the widnows 2003 R2 x64 O/S runs well on a vmware virtual machine.
