gnome applets "quit unexpectedly" after restoring from fullscreen (Ctrl+F)
Windowed resolution = 1024x768 Fullscreen resolution = 1440x900 RAM=768MB VT-x enabled
Solaris 10 + Java Desktop Environment + VBox Guest Addition

This is a known bug in older versions of Gnome, which can't cope with screen resizes.
