Please see area circled in red in attached screenshot - My Computer is not showing anything, making impossible visual navigation from drive to drive. Compare that to Open File dialog of OpenOffice - circled in green. Repro:
- Start VB, press Ctrl-D, Ctrl-N.
- Next-Next, click a "browse" button in Location, then click "My Computer" button in left pane - you get empty space instead of expected contents.
Happens with both 3.0.2 and 3.0.4 on Windows XP
