VirtualBox run into Guru Meditation

Description

I tried to reboot guest OS, and after awaiting a bit I found that guest OS stuck. Then I picked "Reset" action for VM and it run into Guru Meditation state and get marked as "stuck" in VM list. Screenshot is attached as well VBox.png and VBox.log.

I run guest in seamless mode, that why VBox.png is looks rather black stripe.
