Description
I've posted about the issues I've observed in the upgrade from 2.2.4 to 3.0.0 here:
http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=19450
Basically, Cisco Fabric Manager fails to operate correctly with VT-x/AMD-V enabled in 3.0.0, and Cisco Device Manager fails to operate with either setting in 3.0.0. However, when I say "fails to operate", I mean there are issues with either the networking or display of information relating to fabric switches on our network. Reverting to 2.2.4 corrects both issues.
I've attached vbox.log for runs of both 2.2.4 and 3.0.0 in case that helps, and I can gather additional information if needed (like packet sniffs using vboxmanage or whatever).

I've got the pcaps, but they contain somewhat sensitive information; can I upload them somewhere less public?

Could you please check if it possible to emulate "SNMP outage" with http://www.logisoftar.com/SnmpUtils.htm?

The UDP bug preventing fetching packets less than Slirp's MTU was recently fixed.
