This happens to me as well, always when the multiprocessor kernel is used. How many virtual CPUs are assigned does not seem to matter.

Any chance to try the updated guest additions in #4946? Make sure that you are using VBox 3.0.6.

Virtual Box 3.0.6 not solve problem. Now Windows NT4 crashed while boot.

This error occurs because the 3.0.6 additions don't work with NT4 guests. Please could you boot the guest in safe mode, remove the 3.0.6 additions and install the updated additions from #4946?

If used uniprocessor kernell all right, else (used multiprocesssor kernel with APIC) result same as this http://www.virtualbox.org/attachment/ticket/4363/vbox.png picture.
Affected when installed with APIC kernel.
