Description (last modified by )
I noticed that LPT support does indeed exist but is somewhat untested, there is a hugh demand for that for old parallel dongles, right now this is the only thing that is keeping me from using virtualbox and apparently I would have to stick to the old broken hardware which costs money to repair.
when trying to enable the LPT support, I get this error :
Parellel device 0 cannot attach to host driver (VERR_PDM_DRIVER_NOT_FOUND)
result code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: IConsole Interface: IConsole
Attached is the VBox.log, please do adress this issue, I have seen many people looking for this kind of support from Virtualbox.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
Actually you forgot to add the VBox.log file.
