Description
I tried to install additions on OpenSolaris and got error:
axet@opensolaris:/media/VBOXADDITIONS_2.2.4_47978# sh VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run

That is not disk problem, it works fine under Fedora 11.

I think you're trying to install Linux guest additions on your OpenSolaris guest.
Please install the OpenSolaris guest additions using "pfexec pkgadd -d ./VBoxSolarisAdditions.pkg"
