Virtual Box ver 2.2.0 crashes on Win XP Professional as hos and Win 2003 server as guest

Description
I'm using VBox 2.2.0 on Windows XP SP2 as host machine and I'm trying to run a Windows Server 2003 image as guest.
As a hard-disk image I'm using one of images created using VMWare.
Now while running this guest OS, Virtual Box failed.
Attached are the logs and screen-shots.

In fact this is not a problem with hjust Win 2003 server as guest.
If I use any hard-disk image created using VMWare, its causing this issue.
I have tried with Win XP Professiona SP3 as well.

First read this: http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Migrate_Windows
You can't just move images from VMWare and expect them to work. Just like you can't put a hard disk from one computer into the other and expect Windows to boot.
