Thank you for this report. However,

  1. Please consider the remarks on the page when you open a bug report and never cut'n'paste a VBox.log file. There is an Attach button. I've removed the pasted log file.
  2. Please check if VirtualBox 2.2.2 fixes the issue for you. Version 2.0.4 is very old.

Please reopen this ticket of necessary.
