Vbox eat host

Description

After 1-2 days host (deb64) load average will 10-15 with ssh if i do a reboot host cant reboot(only hardreset worked) to guests i can connect via external auth vrdp but only a black screen what have in guest.After a hardreset to host will solve problem and again works until 1-2days.This happened with guests xp32 and deb32 too.Xp guests have rain latest additions.i have more than 5 guests with a q9550 cpu and 8gigz ram.

Any chance to switch the guest NIC from PCnet to E1000?

all guests nictype1 changed to 82545EM this is debian and i installed the latest kernel 5.0.1 lenny now dont see TM: u64DeltaPrev=-24096385 u64PrevNanoTS=0x00008d475bba9102 in log files.next week i will add comment have problem or not...with 82545EM still have dropped packets what i see in network usage.
