OS/2 Warp 4.52 installation crashes in 2.1.4

Description
I used the default VM creation for a OS2 warp 4.5 VM. I set the new virtual HDD size to 600 MB dynamically expanding. When I boot to the CD or from the boot floppies the OS2 installation crashes.
The host is Windows XP 32-bit with SP2 installed
