ubuntu 8.10 /virtualbox 2.1/winXP crashes instead of prints

Sur proposition de Virtualbox soi-même j'ai installé la version 2.1, en remplacement de la 2.0 Hélas elle plante quand je veux imprimer, que ce soit l'imprimante matérielle ou PDFCreator.

Elle plante également quand on veut accèder à Paramètres Imprimantes

J'ai dû réinstaller la 2.0 (j'avais heureusement lors de l'installation de la 2.1 sauvegardé les réglages, que j'ai pu récupérer à partir des messages de la 2.0 qui a un peu patiné pour démarrer)/

Just delete the french, you have it in english (this happened after upgrading):

1/ Description

With the new version the "Windows" menu command :"Paramètres>Imprimantes" (presumably Parameters>Printers in english) crashes. So does, when running a program, the command :"Fichier>Imprimer" (File>Print)

2/Further informations

At the time I reinstalled the 2.0 Virtualbox, I have to reinstall the 2.1 to be able to test it again, and create the log file. So please let me know if it is possible to install (Ubuntu 8.10) the 2.1 without uninstalling the 2.0, and how I can generate the log file, and where I find it.....at the time there is no Vbox.log fil on my harddisk.....

Please could you make a proposal how we should prevent users from cutting'n'pasting log files? There is a big fat warning in when ​creating a new ticket. And there is an Attach button...

Which program are you talking about? PDFCreator?

I attached (twice, an error) the file which I think is the relevant log file. To be sure I should reinstall the 2.1 virtualbox.....let me know if I can do it without uninstalling the 2.0

Thre was tway of crashing:

1/ Parameters>printers....crash 2/ File>Print ....crash

If I remember well it crashed before I was able to select the printer

Ok, so VirtualBox actually crashed. It's probably related to NAT bugs reported in other defects.
