Basically, I have an HTC Touch Cruise cell phone running Windows Mobile 6.1 (WM6.1). The host is Opensuse 11.1 with the ""proper"" USB configuration running VirtualBox 2.1.0 Closed Source Edition. And of course, the guest is Windows Vista SP1 with Mobile Device Center (this is the ActiveSync equivalent in Windows Vista). To provide some quick additional feedback, this phone syncs fine under the Windows Vista. The USB option for Enhanced USB Host format is DISABLED. Also, I can mention that most of my other devices work fine under the Guest OS. My Camera and most (but not all) of my USB Memory Sticks work as well. But the cell phone sync is become a dire consequence at this time. So, I start the guest os and plug in the phone. The USB Connection initiates and then phone gets stuck at Connect To 'USB Status: Connecting to Host The USB connection will never connect after this point in time and I do not understand why not. I can and will be the test dummy, so, point me in the right direction, and I will try your suggestions. Is there any verbose or debug tags I can add to the VirtualBox environment that will help out the efforts to correct this problem? Thanks" defect closed USB VirtualBox 2.1.0 obsolete Vista ActiveSync Mobile Device Center MDC WM6 WM6.1 Windows Mobile USB Windows Linux
