Win98 guest slow if Compiz desktop effects are enabled under ubuntu — at Initial Version

Description
Win98 guests are very slow (mouse lag etc...) if Compiz desktop effects are enabled under ubuntu. Situation worsens if 3d hardware acceleration is enabled.
Host: ubuntu jaunty beta Virtualbox 2.1.0 hardware: Lenovo c200 - 2gb ram, core duo.
