Apparent problem with Pulseaudio - no audio and 150MB log files are generated — at Initial Version

Description
Hi, I just upgraded to VB 2.1, on a linux ubuntu 8.10 host (amd64) and with a WinXP (32 bits) VB guest. Audio stopped worked (it was working with VB 2.0), and now I see huge log files with the below repeated thousands and thousands of times:
The VM crashes after a few hours of use.
Using ALSA instead of Pulse for audio seems to fix the problems.
