With Windows Server 2003 on an OS X 10.5.5 (Core Duo) host, the taskbar is about 4 or 5 pixels higher than the bottom of the screen when seamless mode is enabled. Screenshot attached.

I am also having this issue. I believe it is to do with Virtualbox calculating the available screen space for seamless mode. In fullscreen mode I get 1920 * 1080 on my VM, but if I enable seamless mode if I have the dock on the left or right hand side with hiding on I get 1912, which is a drop of 8 pixels.

If I have the dock on the sides I get full height (minus the system bar at top) but reduced width If I have the dock on the bottom I get full width but reduced height

Also if I have the dock on the sides two small white bars appear (one on the top left and one on the top right) of my screen. I take it they're each 4 pixels wide and approx 20 pixels high (I'm guessing).
