Are you sure you have read ​http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Translating? Anyway, you need the QLinguist tool to do this. If you are not on Linux (where this tool is usually available in your distribution's package pool) then you will have to create a Linux VM and install the QLinguist package there.
