    1 scenario:
    2 * restored a saved guest session.
    3 * opened mapped shared drive Z: from desktop shortcut.
    4 * browsed into folders and opened a MSWord doc.
    5 * file opened, but after a few seconds guest locked up.
    6 * sent the shutdown signal -> no response.
