solved!

1. run guest and remove 7.0.10.vbox-extpack snd shutdown
2. downgrade and install Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-7.0.8.vbox-extpack
3. run guest and install 7.0.8.vbox-extpack
4. upgrade Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-7.0.10.vbox-extpack in host and guest

same problem with v7.0.12 vbox-extpack. Downgrade to v7.0.8 vbox-extpack solved partially. After a couple of reboots it turns off again.
