Restoring VM in Seamless mode make misposition for "Windows panel" — at Initial Version

Description
Host: Fedora 9 with two gnome panels on screen upper and lower. Guest: Windows XP with Start button panel and task area (standard)
After restore VM from save state stored in Seamless mode windows panel (start button) placed above lower gnome panel.
To fix press Host+L twice.
