Description
Mouse scroll wheel event registers 2 times in guest/virtualbox'ed windows 10 after upgrade
from: 6.1.38-153438~Debian~buster
to: 6.1.40-154048~Debian~buster
In other words:
When scrolling 1 position/step on mouse scroll wheel this is picked up by the virtualboxed guest as 2 steps/events making all kinds of GUI interaction behave incorrectly.
This was _not_ present in 6.1.38 and first appeared in 6.1.40.

Issue is not present in virtualbox version 7.
This solved the issue, i.e. stepping up
from: 6.1.40-154048~Debian~buster
to: 7.0.0-153978~Debian~buster
