Description
When running the command:
VBoxManage createhostif "VM1 external", I get the following error messages:
C:\Program Files\InnoTek VirtualBox>VBoxManage createhostif "VM1 external" VirtualBox Command Line Management Interface Version 1.3.8 (C) 2005-2007 InnoTek Systemberatung GmbH All rights reserved.

C:\Program Files\InnoTek VirtualBox>
My host OS is Windows 2000 Server.
Previously I was running VirtualBox 1.3.6 and this was working fine. When I upgraded to 1.3.8 I uninstalled 1.3.6, rebooted, installed 1.3.8 and rebooted again. I've tried manually registering the COM dlls under C:\Program Files\InnoTek VirtualBox but this didn't help.
In version 1.3.6 I got a dialog box asking if I wanted to run as Administrator or the logged on user. I previously had it working by running as Administrator. I'm no longer getting this dialog box either.

There was a heap corruption bug in the creathostif and removehostif case. I've fixed this a few days ago. It will be included in the next release.

When this new release will be available?
I need to test VirtualBox PXE booting for (very) very large projects...
If there is a way to get the modified/corrected components (without having to build the complete VirtualBox environment), I would be glad to know. (I am testing on Windows hosts)
Thanks in advance

Just send a message to info at virtualbox.org and ask for a test build with the fix.
