20601	UI not working when Win10 User resize scale.	MorrisTW		"Hi there,

When I need to import / export  or create New VM, need UI window to complete.

BUT it is not working when User set win10 windows scale in 150% (not 100%)

Workaround is set windows = 100%, then adjust to 150% after completed.
