It seems that the upgrade was not successful and your guest probably executes parts of the old guest additions. Please could you retry the setup and specify the command line parameter /l? After that, please attach the resulting log file in 

c:\Program Files\Sun\...\*.log

to this ticket.

    11Just upgraded from VirtualBox 1.6.4 to 1.6.6 on OpenSuSE 10.3 using the RPM's from website.  Upgrade went fine until installed guest additions (guest is windows 2000).  Installer threw this error:
