Hi!
The Guest Additions version is reported wrongly as 1.4 in Session Information window. It should be 2.0.0r36011 as reported by the Virtual Box icon near the Windows XP clock.

That version number is the version of the interface between host and gust which does not match the version of the VirtualBox package.
