High VMM load on VMs with more than 1 core

Description
The VMM load is stuck about 60% when running VMs assigned with more than 1 core although the guest is totally idle. I'm using 6.1.x revision 146512 but the problem persist on all the recent versions. I have enabled ioapic,apic,x2apic but no use. Note that the VM process does not use much cpu actually, but it is a bit more lag than usual.
