Support modifiers in user-defined keyboard shortcuts

Description
In File > Preferences... > Input > Virtual Machine (and in the corresponding menu of a virtual machine) one can set keyboard shortcuts for various host key combinations. While there are some predefined shortcuts that include modifiers, modifiers are not supported in user-defined shortcuts, e.g. entering Ctrl+Shift+Z results in Host+Z.
Please support modifiers in user-defined keyboard shortcuts.
