Linux cannot Log user in with visual interface

Description
Since the 6.1.22 update I cannot log in to any visual interface anymore (Tested in Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS ).
CLI login is allowed and Linux console is fully functional but login attempts through the visual interface results in "Oh no! Something has gone wrong" screens.
I have tested the same image exported to VMware Workstation 16 and works flawlessly.
