Syllable work *very* slow — at Initial Version

Description
If I try to use Syllable with VirtualBox it's work unbelievable slow! It's boot 3 time slowly that in other VM, opening\moving window took 5-10 seconds! www.syllable.org P.S. This is well-know bug, all people kick at it. On other VM all work. Syllable developers said that it issue in VirtualBox.
