Windows requires icmp and faster networking to opereate in domain

Description
Windows tests link speed using icmp and requires that network interface starts up fast.
However, on OS X only the NAT networking is supported which does not allow icmp. Thus Windows thinks the network is slow and does not try to download group policies or user profiles.
Moreover the vbox default networking driver (PCnet III or whatever) does not start fast enough on the emulated hardware. The time for which Windows waits on the interface to start up before giving up loading group policy has to be increased.
