Would you not consider adding a text to this ticket with your full name (it isn't in the translation file either), whether it is entirely your work or based on the original translation, and to say that you release your translation under the terms of the MIT licence? Since the original translators have been silent for a long time I don't see any problem with replacing their translation with yours. 3 3 4 I just entirely my work based on my translation and already release my translation under the terms of the MIT licence (comment:145).
