Mac OS X.5.4 HOST Ubuntu GUEST
Using Seamless mode kills the VirtualBox VM.app
ie. resize a window... *Poof*

The logfile you added doesn't look like from a crashing VM session. Anyway, please re-open if the same problem persists with the latest release (2.2.2).
