1	1	I got the same problem on 6.1.15., tried uninstall, reinstall, delete in registry, manuall install .inf file, dev version. Same problem remained, error loading the driver.
2		Solved it in the end by uninstall, reboot and installed 6.1.14. After that I ~~could install 6.1.15 again~~. I see that you have problems with 6.1.14, so solution is maybe to downgrade and then upgrade again ?
