initial v1 13 13 14 14 and <2 that its not checking for valid certificates first. In the case of a dual signed binary (Nvidia + WHQL) the WHQL certificates existence should take precedent over any other signature present. 15 16 WHQL should take precedent, followed by Counter signature period.
