Changes between Initial Version and Version 1 of Ticket #19249, comment 8

 I found behavior is different when using base images with different guest additions installed (that's the only difference between them):

 * When using version `=201803.24.0` (5.1.16 guest additions installed) the issue shows up.
+* When using installed guest additions (5.1.16) everything works fine.
 * When using version `=201803.24.1` (5.2.6 guest additions installed) everything works as expected.
+* When using upgraded guest additions (using the vbguest plugin) the issue shows up.
 In both cases, the vbguest plugin updates guest additions to the right version in order to match VirtualBox. I don't know if this is a VirtualBox bug, a vbguest guest bug or even a Vagrant bug. I you think is worth investigating it, please let me know and I will provide any additional info the might be needed.
