This looks awfully similar to the thread in the forums, ​guest additions fail to install inside windows 10. That was successfully resolved.

'DeGarcen', are you also 'DeGarden'? That seems really close to not be you. Even the title of the ticket and the forums thread is exactly the same...

And here's the resolution from the forums:

• Change the Graphics Controller to VBoxVGA, boot the guest, login, wait for a couple of minutes, shut it down.
• Change the Graphics Controller to VBoxSVGA, boot the guest, login, wait for a couple of minutes, shut it down.
• Try to install the Guest Additions again.
