Maybe it explains partly your current problems with Windows. I think it should have been mentioned prominently in the change log! 11 11 - Tomorrow I will introduce an ancient GeForce 8400GS video card in my Ryzen 3 2200G, if the problem disappears, maybe we should start nagging Ubuntu and AMD about their Vega driver.
