WIN7_TIA: after ~36 seconds of VM execution it tried running code from a location which doesn't exist. The log file says that the OS type is 64-bit, but your CPU doesn't support HW virtualization. Did you update the BIOS and lose the corresponding settings?
WINXP: same issue, but since this is a 32-bit VM it should actually work in software virtualization mode...
Either way, try enabling SVM, AMD-V or whatever the BIOS folks are calling it in your BIOS.
